GLASS TOWER
With a goal in his mind, he sets out, wary. Towards a glass tower, his eyes darting all around. As he drew closer, determined to hold his ground, Tired and despaired, from the burden he had to carry.
Approaching the tower, he doesn’t know what he’ll find. His muscles grow tense, he takes in the sight. Of the menacing structure, that captivates his mind, With it’s wondrous demeanor, portraying all its might.
Night begins to fall, as the moon rises high, He waits there to see, the towers’ true splendor. As the light is reflected, along with the sky, To reveal something more, and behold its grandeur.
He gazes in wonder, at the magnificence of it all, And marvels at its greatness, as far as the eye can see. He sighs and turns, knowing, the great tower will fall, When many years have passed, never again to stand free. ~By Tetradia
